QFI currently supports programs in Austria, Canada, Germany, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. QFI operational headquarters is in Washington, DC.

The QFI vision is to transform Arabic language education in schools through fostering best practices.

Grants for Schools & Organizations

QFI provides grants directly to state-funded schools in the US and UK to offer Arabic language courses in the curriculum. These grants include funding for Arabic teacher salary support, curriculum development, student outreach, and classroom resources.

QFI also provides grants for schools, organizations, and universities who offer high-quality intensive Arabic language programs during the summer months for K-12 students, and support for state-funded schools for virtual and in-person exchange programs for Arabic language classes to travel to or connect with classrooms in Qatar.

Additionally, QFI provides grants for the administration of regional  Arabic Teacher Councils in Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
