WELCOME TO THE Darul Hikmah Islamic Center Darul Hikmah Islamic Center (DHIC) is an independent, non-profit, community-based, religious 501(c)(3) organization. DHIC provides a dynamic space that cultivates an exchange of ideas about Islam through culture, charity, and education programs. The DHIC is not just a mosque for prayers rather it is a community center for all. The Center is committed to preserving an Islamic identity, building and supporting a viable Muslim community, promoting a comprehensive Islamic way of life based on the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad.

The vision of DHCC is to create an environment of understanding, peace, diversity
and intellectual growth by providing an inclusive platform for all Muslims whose
viewpoints are in accordance with the Quran and Sunnah.
In pursuit of its Vision, the DHIC strives to:

Programs & Activities
Quran Memorization Online Class
This is an online Quran memorization program. Monday to Thursday, from 5pm to 7:30pm. Students are guided and assisted in memorizing the Quran with tajweed. We have 9 students taught by Imam Kousik Ahmed.
Youth and Adult
This is a free class for youth and adults, every Saturday from Maghrib to Isha. The Youth and Adults are taught how to read the Quran with tajweed and memorize the surahs along with other Islamic studies. This class is taught by Imam Kousik Ahmed.
Islamic Marriage
DHIC Imam is officially licensed to conduct the Islamic Marriage or Nikkah anywhere in the state of Virginia.
General Informal Counseling
Responding and advising on basic or general Islamic questions or queries by community members.
